This P90X Success Story is told through the eyes of my 10 year old daughter, Kennedy. I recently turned 45 and received a cherished birthday gift from my daughter. She had written my fitness transformation story complete with illustrations. I was very moved by her work and thought I would share this story in hopes of inspiring others that you can also achieve great results when you put your mind, heart, and soul into it.
The title of this masterpiece is The P90x Man that Could!!! by Kennedy Hufferd
Based on a true story … This story happened to Tod Hufferd. Also known as the daddy man. I dedicate this to the greatest most changed man in the world. Even though you were great before the fitness journey, you are even better. Now,you can be more happy and active.
One day Tod Hufferd went to the doctor. His doctor said if he wanted to be there for his family he needed to make some changes. The doctor said to lose some weight. “OK” said Tod.
So Tod did just that. He went home and started walking every night. He started eating better and started to slowly lose weight.
But , he still wasn’t getting the results he had hoped for, so he sat down with our neighbor Chad. My dad talked to him about P90X.
My dad thought P90X might be too hard for him at that time so he did what he called the “old man’s version” Power90. He started Power90 and saw a huge difference. My dad has a lot of power, even more than the workout Power90!!!
He wanted to get really involved so he tried something called Shakeology. It is a 100% healthy smoothie. He loved them so instead of having breakfast; he had Shakeology.
Once Tod got very confident, he started P90X. He thought is was working, which was a very good thing. He loves doing it. It makes his body feel very good and muscular.
Tod is very happy of what he has accomplished. He has lost 90 pounds or more.
So you can see if you believe in something, all you have to do is try. Try new things. They can be great products. Just take it step by step. Follow his blog and you are guaranteed to find great results.
I hope you enjoyed this guest post and maybe found a little inspiration and motivation. Our children are watching us and they learn from our successes and failures. It is up lifting when they recognize our accomplishments! Thanks Kennedy!
