Shakeology Substitute?

Is there a Shakeology Substitute? When I started my fitness program like anyone else I did my research before deciding which products were right for me.  I chose Shakeology as my recovery drink/snack replacement because for the taste and nutritional content there is no Shakeology Substitute!

There is no Shakeology Substitute!

First consider taste, because if you don’t like the way it tastes then you will not drink it no matter how it good it is for you.  My first experience with Shakeology was to make a chocolate and banana smoothie.  From that point on I had found my treat for the day.  I look forward to my chocolate Shakeology smoothie everyday.   Since starting Shakeology several months ago, I have not had any sweets.  That is saying a lot for me because before I would have sweets at least once per day if not twice.  This product has allowed me to have a daily chocolate healthy treat and I don’t miss the high fat and high sugar content foods I was eating before.

In terms of nutrition, I could not find another product that had the nutrients, antioxidants, prebiotics, protein, fiber, and phyto-nutrients that is in Shakeology.  Shakeology compares very well in the meal replacement category on food facts receiving a score of 97 out of 100.   Shakeology has a low glycemic index, which means you will get a constant sustained release of energy.   This helps to reduce hunger cravings and leaves you feeling satisfied much longer than having a food that has higher glycemic index.

The benefits of drinking Shakeology have been tremendous for me.  It has really restored my health and has me on a path for permanent weight loss.  I’ll leave you with this informational video on how Shakeology could benefit you.  Do your own research and see if you can find a Shakeology Substitute.
