Make Extra

Each night at dinner we make extra so that I can have a healthy meal ready to pop into the microwave the next day for lunch.   Another time saving tip is to cook extra on the weekends.  If I’m grilling, then I will usually cook extra fish or chicken.  Besides having the same meal as a left over, often I will cook marinated chicken breasts and will have that available to quickly add to stir fry vegetables for dinner on a another night.
